Polly Harper, a licensed real estate agent, is responsible for developing new relationships for Wm. Leonard & Co., and enhancing the value of business relationships for long-standing clients. Since she first joined the firm in 1989, Polly has made it her mission to create value for clients in a variety of ways. Her business philosophy is based on building long-term, personal and professional “networthing” relationships; bringing members of the Atlanta technology community together through personal introductions, corporate references, and networking associations, including an annual Ladies Brunch. She attributes her success to strong faith, a keen interest in people, attention to detail, creativity, and a well-developed ability to listen. 

Polly is active in the technology community and participates in many professional organizations. She was a key initiator and organizer of the first High Tech Prayer Breakfast and championed the development of the breakfast's leadership team, the Host Committee. She has made significant contributions to numerous technology organizations including High Tech Ministries,  the Technology Executives Roundtable (TER), Southeastern Software Association (SSA), 
and the Atlanta CEO Council.
